These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phbunos platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wagers. By accessing phbunos, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phbunos ("phbunos," "we," "us," "our"). In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the phbunos Platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. phbunos strictly enforces this requirement and will request government-issued identification to verify your age before processing any withdrawal.
2.2 Residency. The phbunos Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable local laws. phbunos reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) phbunos Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. phbunos reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where false or misleading information has been provided.
2.5 KYC Verification. phbunos is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license) and proof of address when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phbunos Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify phbunos immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised. phbunos will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your phbunos Account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you. phbunos reserves the right to suspend any Account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phbunos accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phbunos does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all payment methods must be registered in your own name.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on phbunos is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. phbunos processes GCash withdrawals in approximately one (1) hour for fully verified accounts during standard processing hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within the same business day to the next business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts requiring additional verification.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. phbunos reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
4.5 No Withdrawal Fees. phbunos does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, your payment provider (GCash, bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees, for which phbunos bears no responsibility.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by phbunos are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. phbunos reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. phbunos reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.
6.1 Game Outcomes. All games available on the phbunos Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by professional dealers in a controlled studio environment. Game outcomes are not manipulated by phbunos.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game session, phbunos reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. phbunos will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.
6.3 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact phbunos support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. phbunos will investigate the matter and its decision shall be final and binding.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phbunos Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

9.1 Ownership. All content on the phbunos Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks, is the property of phbunos or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
9.2 Limited License. phbunos grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 Restrictions. You must not scrape, crawl, frame, mirror, or otherwise reproduce any portion of the phbunos Platform without prior written consent from phbunos. Unauthorized use of phbunos intellectual property may result in legal action.
10.1 Platform Availability. phbunos endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond phbunos's reasonable control.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phbunos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.3 Cap on Liability. phbunos's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phbunos Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgment. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds wagered. phbunos is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gambling activity on the Platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.
11.1 Data Collection. phbunos collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the phbunos Privacy Policy.
11.2 Data Security. phbunos implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and phbunos cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to the Platform.
11.3 Regulatory Disclosure. phbunos may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, or other regulatory bodies in compliance with applicable Philippine law. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with phbunos's legal obligations.
12.1 Right to Amend. phbunos reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the phbunos Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.
12.3 Version History. The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Regulatory Oversight. phbunos operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any complaints regarding the fairness of games or regulatory compliance may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
13.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and phbunos arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
13.4 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
